Dexter & [brand new] Canon

These pictures were taken several hours before I left for Florida. My sister is taking excellent care of the baby Dexter while I'm away. He's staying at her place and has a big fat cat to play with and plenty of attention from his auntie. Sue watched bear for me several times and had a special bond with him. Thanks Sue!

Tomorrow morning, I'm going to check out an abandoned oceanfront hotel in Ormond Beach, just North of here. Let's hope I don't run into any bums, and that I'm able to document it Amanda-style.

Happy birthday to me! We had another gorgeous sunrise here in Daytona beach, Florida, as usual. Wonderful weather here so far too!
After this post, I'm going down to the pool to hang out while I wait for mom and Ethan to wake up. That'll give me some time to continue reading Ishmael.
Then, it's a day of site-seeing in my most favorite state of all. Our rental car is so cute; it's a tiny little Yaris.

in Florida

I arrived in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida yesterday morning. I love it here. After photographing the sun as it rose over the Atlantic Ocean this morning, I had some continental breakfast and obtained login info from the front desk for their WiFi, so here I am. I'm going to post some older pictures from last weekend before I get to anything from my trip. Gotta keep things in order. And once I get my photo fix, I'll be back outside for the remainder of the day.
